Kaast Machine Tools' Solutions Enable Precise, Efficient Machining

Kaast is demonstrating several of its machining solutions live. These solutions include:

HBS-MC 2020/110 CNC horizontal bore mill – a heavy duty machine featuring a robust moving column design and a table capacity exceeding 17,000 lbs, which can enable precision and durability.
V-Turn CNC 550 vertical lathe – equipped with a 22" swing, FANUC 0i-TF control and a 25 hp motor for heavy duty tasks. It is designed with live tooling, a C-axis and a Renishaw HPRA toolsetter for precise machining.
VF-Mill D Mini vertical machining center – a compact machine with a 10,000-rpm CAT40 spindle for precise control and performance.
C-Turn series engine lathes – turning machine available in manual and CNC versions. The CNC variant features the Fagor 8055i/A TC control panel for simplified programming.
HCS 75 NC fully automatic cold saw – designed for speed, precision and efficiency, with features like automatic material diameter sensing and an electromagnetic brake system.
F-Grind AH surface grinder – features automatic feed capabilities and the AD5 NC control system which can enable runout accuracy within 2 μm.
R-Grind 1565 cylindrical grinder – a grinding solution which offers high performance with features like a precision grinding spindle and hydrostatic spindle bearing, intended for enhanced accuracy and longevity.
HBS A 230 horizontal band saw – features automation capabilities.
HBS 360 DGH – dual mitering saw with quick-action vice.
PBH 80 NC profile roller – showcases versatility in bending various metal profiles.
PS model ironworker – demonstrates its multi-purpose capabilities with five workstations.
DMVH 305 VS dual spindle knee mill – features a V-belt drive, variable spindle speed control and a durable Meehanite cast iron base.
